HOW WE CAN HELP
Is Stress Affecting Your Life?
Mental health challenges can subtly impact every aspect of daily life. Take a moment to assess how stress, trauma, or emotional strain might be influencing the three main areas of your life, and see how Dr. Martens can help you heal and rebuild balance.
WORK
Dr. Martens collaborates with clients to identify workplace challenges and develop strategies for achieving a healthier, more balanced professional life.
Is Overwhelm Affecting Your Performance at work?
Since most adults spend over half of their waking hours at work, professional stress can significantly impact overall health. A positive work environment fosters confidence, purpose, and connection. However, chronic stress, burnout, or workplace trauma can lead to anxiety, disengagement, or even physical symptoms.
- Are workplace challenges affecting your mood, energy, or focus?
- Do you feel overwhelmed, unmotivated, or emotionally drained?
LOVE
Through therapy, Dr. Martens helps clients rebuild trust, recognize unhealthy patterns, and develop healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
Are Stress & Trauma Impacting Your Relationships?
Healthy relationships are essential for emotional well-being, but stress and past trauma can make it difficult to form or maintain meaningful connections. Emotional wounds from past experiences—such as loss, betrayal, or abuse—can create patterns of avoidance, mistrust, or self-doubt.
- Do you struggle with emotional closeness or communication?
- Have past experiences shaped the way you connect with others?
PLAY
Dr. Martens helps clients reclaim joy, rediscover their passions, and integrate balance into their lives.
Have You Lost Your Sense of Joy & Connection?
“Play” is more than just fun—it’s about reconnecting with yourself, embracing creativity, and finding moments of joy. Whether it’s engaging in hobbies, spending time outdoors, or simply laughing, play is a critical part of overall well-being. Stress, trauma, or burnout can make it difficult to enjoy life’s simple pleasures.
- Do you struggle to relax or feel disconnected from activities you once enjoyed?
- Has stress or anxiety taken the joy out of daily life?
